Apprentices focus on crafting and executing high-level improvement strategies, offering visionary leadership and coaching Improvement Specialists in advanced analytical techniques. Positioned to report directly to Board members or Heads of Department, they oversee teams of Improvement Specialists, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The curriculum delves deeply into advanced methodologies in process optimisation, data analysis, and strategic planning. Through experiential learning and mentorship, apprentices refine their leadership skills to drive transformative change at a strategic level. Completion of the program grants a Master Black Belt certification, signifying mastery in leading complex improvement initiatives and shaping organisational excellence through strategic vision and execution.

Express your interest
- Once you’ve found an appropriate apprentice, contact us to begin the enrolment process. We will provide apprentices with initial assessments to complete and skill scans to check what prior knowledge the apprentice already has
Onboarding
- After the apprentice has completed their initial assessments and skill scans, a contractual agreement will need to be made, then the apprentice will be taken through their tailored training plan and discuss their wanted outcomes from the apprenticeship
