Course Overview

The Level 5 Improvement Specialist Black Belt Apprenticeship focuses on cultivating leaders capable of developing and executing comprehensive improvement strategies. Apprentices are trained to provide visionary leadership, coaching Improvement Specialists in advanced analytical techniques. Reporting directly to Board members or Heads of Department, they manage teams of Improvement Specialists, overseeing projects and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. The curriculum encompasses advanced topics in process optimisation, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, apprentices refine their leadership and coaching abilities to drive transformative change. Upon completion, apprentices earn a Black Belt certification, recognising their expertise in leading complex improvement initiatives and driving organisational excellence through strategic and data-informed approaches.

Express your interest

  • Once you’ve found an appropriate apprentice, contact us to begin the enrolment process. We will provide apprentices with initial assessments to complete and skill scans to check what prior knowledge the apprentice already has

Onboarding

  • After the apprentice has completed their initial assessments and skill scans, a contractual agreement will need to be made, then the apprentice will be taken through their tailored training plan and discuss their wanted outcomes from the apprenticeship
